Glenn spoke with the victim when she reached Perry County Memorial Hospital to receive treatment for her injuries, authorities said. Leading up to the tragic shooting, Glenn, a 20-year law enforcement veteran, was investigating a domestic dispute between Hubert and a female victim, state police said.
